Brand-new and air conditioned room with a comfortable bed which I loved.

The property was perfectly fine with nice staff. Our twin room with a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card was stylish. The location in a lovely area was good and marvellous and there were a mall and supermarkets nearby. Also, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Piazza del Duomo.

When I arrived at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received from the reception staff. The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite and went out of his way to accommodate all of my requests. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the 3rd floor. I was also impressed by the quality of the daily cleaning service and the fact that the hotel provided fresh towels and toiletries. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near a shopping mall and public transportation stations.
